Empathy Foundation has organized Free Eye Camps in distant rural areas of Ahmednagar, Nashik, Washim, Akola, Solapur, Buldhana, Amaravati, Yavatmal, Aurangabad, Gondiya, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Pune New Mumbai & Mumbai in Maharashtra with proactive support from local administrative bodies & political leaders.
107 Eye camps conducted till 31st July 2010 have benefited over 1,98,164 patients for Distribution of Spectacles, Distribution of Medicines & for cataract operations who were provided free services, for which all the fund were provided by the foundation.
Free Eye Check up - 1,98,164 Patient.- Free Distribution of Medicines as prescribed by Doctors - 15,019 Patients.
- Free Cataract operations. - 4559 Patients.
Educational Activities
Educational Projects
Empathy Foundation works with local administrative bodies in rural/urban areas to build & improve existing infrastructure of school.
Anganwadi & New school buildings are constructed with the foundation's funds for Grampanchayat & Zilla Parishad & N.G.O schools in Ratnagiri, Raigad, Satara, Pune & Kolhapur districts in rural Maharashtra followed by many more in progress. Empathy Foundation has upgraded infrastructure in many rural school is across Maharashtra. Initiatives like construction of new class rooms, toilet blocks, water tanks; repairing of flooring, roofs, compound walls. Construction have been initiated by the Foundation for creating a conductive learning environment at Zilla Parishad schools in Solapur, Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Raigad & Beed districts.....

Empathy Foundation is now looking at adopting villages in Maharashtra to initiate a comprehensive social welfare program. We have also join hands with Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Govt. of Maharashtra ,(S.S.A.) to Construct Z.P. school in Adivasi / Backward area, we have also participate jointly with Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan for constructing of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Dhanora, Dist. Gadchiroli, & Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya Gaganbavada, Dist. Kolhapur.
We are exploring with Govt. Dept. for participation jointly in Primary Health Care Center, Housing, Agricultural & Other Income Generating Projects for rural / backward people.List Of Ongoing Projects
